DESCRIPTION
A set of small postcard-sized prints that were handed out at my father’s memorial or mailed to those who were not in attendance, meant to honor his memory with a nod to a deeply symbolic tattoo he had of a quote from Zhuangzi, the Taoist philospher: “The path is made by walking.”

The paper the postcards were printed on was specifically made with wildflower seeds embedded in it, as he was someone with a very green thumb who had a house full of greenery. We felt it was appropriate to let people choose whether they wanted to keep the postcard safe somewhere or bury it, allowing them to let go and move on.
